About me

Deciding to pursue therapy can indeed feel overwhelming. If you find yourself grappling with difficult thought patterns, experiencing conflicts, or facing anxiety that impacts your daily life, reaching out to a mental health professional can be a significant first step.

My therapeutic approach centers on creating a safe environment, allowing your nervous system to feel secure enough to embrace change. I prioritize working at your pace, offering understanding and support as you confront challenging issues. Sometimes, all it takes is knowing someone is genuinely in your corner to help unlock your self-healing potential.

I practice person-centered therapy, which fosters self-compassion and builds trust—key elements for personal growth. I’m naturally reflective and patient, continuously engaging in self-development to enhance my presence, empathy, and listening skills.

I welcome individuals dealing with a range of mental health concerns, including relationship issues, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, and more. My services include online sessions, walk-and-talk therapy, and face-to-face meetings in Truro, Cornwall.

As a bilingual (English-Hungarian) person-centred counsellor, I chose this path because of my transformative experiences in various therapies. If you believe we might be a good fit, please reach out.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
