About me

There are moments in life when things stop making sense - when the life you’ve worked hard to build suddenly feels unfamiliar, or you’re left quietly wondering, “Is this really it?”
Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or navigating something that has shaken the foundations a little. Or perhaps things look fine on the outside, but inside, something feels unsettled or out of sync.

I help you slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, in an honest space where meaningful change can begin.

It’s not just a place to explore what feels difficult; it’s also a space to breathe again - to reconnect with parts of yourself you may have set aside, celebrate progress, or simply make room for gratitude. It’s a space that welcomes the full range of YOU!

How I can support you

I know it can feel daunting to start therapy, especially if it’s your first time. I’ve sat in that chair too. I focus on working in a gentle but honest way - always at your pace, never with pressure, and using clear language to help bring clarity. I hold space with both depth and lightness (or humour ) when it’s needed. We’ll figure it out together - with curiosity, care, and respect for your pace and your story.

I also bring over 15 years of corporate experience into my practice, which helps me understand the realities of performance pressure, responsibility, and the quiet toll it can take over time. I’ve also moved through different cultural spaces as someone from an ethnic minority background, so I know the subtle questions of identity and belonging that can sit beneath the surface.

What to expect

I offer a free 15-minute consultation. It’s simply a chance for us to meet, get a feel for each other, and see whether working together feels right.

If you decide to continue, we can arrange ongoing 50-minute sessions either online or face-to-face, depending on what works best for you. My aim is to create a steady, supportive space and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels comfortable.

Training, qualifications & experience

Training and Experience

I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and work integratively, drawing from person-centred and psychodynamic approaches. This means I’m trained to support you in the present while also exploring past experiences that may still be shaping how you think, feel, or show up in your life today.

My work has a particular focus on:

  • Life transitions - career shifts, changes, beginning again, or navigating endings.
  • Overwhelm, burnout, and high-pressure environments.
  • Questions aroundidentity, belonging, and culture.
  • Loss, grief, and finding your footing again.
  • Exploring meaning, faith, and spirituality -whether you’re reconnecting with it, questioning it, or simply wanting space to make sense of where it fits in your life

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
