About me
Are anxiety, overthinking or worry taking up more of your life than you’d like? You may find yourself constantly thinking things through, expecting things to go wrong, avoiding situations, struggling with panic, or noticing that your confidence has gradually been affected.
I’m a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) offering in-person sessions in Surbiton and online therapy for adults and teens. I work with difficulties including anxiety and excessive worry, panic, social anxiety, low self-confidence, perfectionism, low mood, stress and work-related difficulties.
My approach is collaborative, warm and practical. We’ll work together to understand the patterns that may be keeping the problem going and develop strategies that can help you make meaningful changes in everyday life. CBT is structured and focused, but sessions are flexible enough to make sure we’re working on what matters most to you.
Therapy isn’t just about learning techniques. I also want you to have space to make sense of what you’re experiencing, understand yourself better and feel able to talk openly without judgement. We’ll regularly review how things are going so that therapy remains useful and aligned with what you want to achieve.
I offer face-to-face CBT in Surbiton as well as online sessions, which can provide greater flexibility around work and other commitments. I also offer a free 15-minute introductory call, giving you the opportunity to ask questions, tell me a little about what you’re looking for and decide whether working together feels like the right fit.
