About me

Life can be tricky at times. It's common to feel stuck, overwhelmed, low or anxious. Whether that's due to difficult experiences, trauma, uncertainty about the future, or something else entirely. I want you to know that there is hope. Although, I understand how difficult it can sometimes be to feel it. With the right help, I believe you can overcome any difficulties no matter how big or small they may seem.

However, I also understand how difficult it can be to find the right help and to reach out. With all the different therapies it can feel overwhelming. And reaching out can make us feel vulnerable and exposed. I myself have been in this very situation and understand how big a step reaching out for help can be.

For this reason, it's important to me that I provide you with a safe, genuine, and compassionate space where you feel able to explore your thoughts and feelings openly, free from any judgement. Whoever you are and whatever your background, I will provide you with the same dignity, respect, and courtesy that I would expect if I or a loved one were seeking support.

Having worked in the NHS for years with individuals just like you with all sorts of difficulties, you can benefit from my deep understanding of the intricacies of life and the many hurdles it can present us with. Plus, with my clinical psychology background and professional registration, you can be confident of my expertise and guiding ethical principles.

I specialise in providing evidence-based psychological support and can draw upon a variety of therapies to suit your individual needs and preferences. This, combined with my warm, safe, and compassionate approach, lays the foundation for true and meaningful growth.

I hope you feel able to reach out-I welcome any questions or concerns. No matter who you work with, I genuinely wish you nothing but the very best.
