About me

Hi!

I'm a Chartered Psychologist with over 10 years of experience in helping people to improve their mental health and navigate life’s challenges.

I offer a calm, honest, and curious approach, creating a space where you can feel heard and supported, yet gently challenged when needed. Originally from Lithuania, I’ve lived, trained and worked in the UK and the USA developing a diverse and culturally sensitive perspective. I hold deep empathy for the complexities of transitions, whether it's navigating life in a new culture, identity shifts, or major life changes.

I believe that no human is an island. Our identities and emotional worlds are shaped by those around us: partners, families, colleagues, and the wider society. In therapy, we can work together to understand how these relationships and roles influence you, and how to align them more closely with your values and sense of self.

Together, we can work out why certain patterns keep repeating and work toward meaningful, lasting change. My practice is grounded in an interpersonal approach, and I draw flexibly from a range of therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), person-centred, psychodynamic, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivation Enhancement Therapy (MET), mindfulness, and trauma-informed work.

Whether you’re looking to focus on a specific issue or explore things more broadly, I’m here to help you make sense of what’s not working and find a way forward.

Starting therapy is often quite scary, but if you feel ready to take this step toward positive change, reach out today to schedule a free non-obligation meeting during which we'll get to know each other and explore how I can help.
