About me

Integrative & Transpersonal Therapy Specialist

Finding the right therapist is a significant step, and I am honoured that you are here exploring your options. It’s natural to feel daunted and ask questions like, "Will they understand me?" or "Where do I even start?"

You are not alone in this process. My goal is to offer a safe, respectful, and confidential space where you can explore what you need to feel more grounded and connected in your life.

My Approach: Listening to the Space In-Between

With over 20 years of experience supporting both local and international clients, my approach is rooted in an integrative therapy style. This means I draw from various therapeutic techniques and philosophies to tailor our sessions precisely to your unique needs.

My principal emphasis is on the Transpersonal perspective. While "transpersonal" may sound like a fancy name, I simplify this by saying that I "listen to the space in-between." It is about connecting with your 'higher self' or the deeper, intuitive wisdom within you.

What this means for you: We will work collaboratively to help you understand the hidden messages that may lie in your past, respond dynamically to your current needs, and unlock your full potential.

Beyond the Talking Space: The Power of Sound and Presence

In addition to traditional counselling methods, my extensive background as a Gong Master Therapist and Master of Sound allows me to incorporate unique pathways to healing if they feel right for you. I have facilitated workshops and studied meditation disciplines around the world—in Thailand, Vietnam, Nepal, India, and France at Plum Village.

This diverse background allows me to bring a deep understanding of presence and self-reconnection into our therapeutic work, helping you move beyond words when necessary.

How I Can Help You

I specialize in several key areas and have extensive experience helping individuals navigate:

  • Inner Child Work: Healing past wounds and building self-compassion.
  • Addiction & Substance Abuse: Finding pathways to recovery and stability.
  • Neurodiversity Counselling: Creating understanding and strategies tailored to how your mind works.
  • Grief & Loss: Processing complex emotions and finding a path forward.

All of our work is guided by a foundation of mutual respect, trust, and deep understanding.

Take the Next Step

If you would like to find out more about how I can assist you, I encourage you to reach out. I offer free 15–30 minute consultations via video call, on request.

"Only when we can truly accept and understand all the facets of our past, knowing where we came from can we understand our present and take full control over our future path." – Olaf Nixon

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
