About me
Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or difficulties with managing emotions? Do you feel stuck in unhelpful patterns and need support to move forward? I’m here to help.
I am a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with a wealth of experience in working with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to your unique needs. I specialise in treating anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and eating disorders, including binge eating disorder, bulimia, and restrictive eating difficulties.
With a background in both therapy and education, I understand the importance of adapting therapeutic interventions to suit different learning styles. My goal is to empower you with practical tools and strategies to build resilience, manage difficulties independently, and improve your overall well-being.
In addition to CBT, I integrate third-wave approaches such as mindfulness and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) to provide a well-rounded and personalised treatment plan. Whether you're seeking short-term support or longer-term therapy, I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace.
