Supervision details
I am an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and Clinical Supervisor, committed to supporting therapists and mental health professionals in delivering effective, evidence-based care. My approach is structured, reflective, and skills-focused, ensuring clinicians develop confidence and competence in their practice.
With a strong commitment to health inequalities and culturally responsive therapy, I integrate traditional CBT models with an understanding of systemic barriers that may impact client engagement. My work spans individual therapy, corporate mental health services, and group supervision settings.

- Substance misuse and addiction – Supporting therapists working with co-occurring
- mental health and addiction challenges.
