About me
Hi thank you for visiting my profile. I have a strong belief in the alternative therapies I offer as a service to help people identify and regain control of things in their lives and make changes to the areas of life they are wishing to make.
My experiences of using counselling sessions and Psychotherapy was to help with low self-esteem, low self-worth, and low self-confidence that started from childhood, leading to me having failed relationships and an experience of domestic abuse. Anxiety, stress, depression, and feelings of numbness, amongst others, set in. I have never looked back, as it helped me find the power to find the new versions of ME. I can help you too! My successful experience fuelled me to train as a counsellor so I could help others make changes to their thoughts, feelings, ideas, and behaviours that they are wanting to make.
Counselling can help with many areas of difficulty. I start with an initial consultation, and together we tailor-make a plan just for you and decide together on a suitable course of therapy, and you can decide whether you would like to go ahead or not.
I have helped people using Hypnotherapy since 2011 and offered the techniques of counselling and psychotherapy since 2012. My clinics are at a room in the Latton Bush Centre in Harlow, CM18, and a clinic room in Chilton, Sudbury, CO10. I have completed extra training to provide an ethical practice by offering counselling & Psychotherapy by telephone and online service.
If you would like my help, or wish to discuss your situation I welcome all enquiries under no obligation to undertake therapy.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Nicola
