About me

My path into counselling grew from years of listening to people’s stories and witnessing how transformative it can be to have a space where you don’t have to carry everything alone. That belief continues to shape the way I work.

I’m a trauma‑informed therapeutic counsellor based in South Northamptonshire and the Milton Keynes area, supporting young adults and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD  adult diagnosis, grief, and trauma.

I offer a calm, steady space where you can talk openly, feel understood, and explore what’s happening for you at a pace that feels right.

My approach is collaborative and flexible — centred on the relationship we build and tailored to your individual needs. Together, we’ll gently explore your experiences and support you in moving towards feeling more grounded, more empowered, and more like yourself.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a Level 5 Professional  Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice

I have a background in trauma‑informed care and complex grief, supporting clients through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. My work is rooted in compassion, safety, and evidence‑based practice, with a deep understanding of how trauma shapes our experiences, relationships, and sense of self.
