About me
Hello, my specialty is in anxiety management & reduction. I also see individuals & couples over 18 with varying presenting issues from all different walks of life. This includes the LGBTQ+ community, specifically parents of children who are struggling or self-harming & fall under this umbrella. I help parents of children with all mental health issues. I have worked as a volunteer bereavement counsellor at St. Wilfrids Hospice & I work with early trauma by working beyond words with the body. My psychotherapy modality is Transactional Analysis which offers a vast wealth of theory & allows me to tailor sessions to you, the individual.

I have experience working with people with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, low self esteem, anger issues, chronic pain, bereavement, burn out and childhood issues.
I have worked in placements for St Wilfrid's Hospice and Carers Support West Sussex as well as working in private practice.
