About me
NC Counselling is a therapeutic service based in Hythe and Romney Marsh, Kent, offering private counselling in a safe, calm and confidential space.
I am an NCS accredited integrative counsellor, who combines theoretical training with warmth, kindness and insight. At times we can be unsure of our direction in life, and need a little help to find our own way forward. I am also a registered member of the BACP.
Sometimes we can suffer from periods of anxiety, feeling sad, panic attacks, low self-esteem, depression, social anxiety, and many other difficult feelings. I can help you unravel your feelings and find coping mechanisms to help in the moment.
My specialisms are communication and relationships, finding meaning in life, and adjustment to change. I also have extensive experience working with bereavement, grief and loss, and trauma. I currently offer individual counselling sessions face to face, online or by telephone.
