About me
NCPS accredited integrative counsellor, offering counselling for both individuals and couples in a safe, calm, confidential space, I combine theoretical training with warmth, kindness and insight. At times we can be unsure of our direction in life, and need a little help to find a way forward. I am also a registered member of the BACP.
My specialisms are communication and relationships, including couples counselling, finding meaning in life, and adjustment to change. I also have extensive experience working with bereavement, grief and loss, and trauma. I currently offer counselling sessions face to face, online or by telephone.

- Level 3 Diploma in Counselling Skills - Community Counselling Service, Canterbury.
- Level 5 Diploma in Professional Counselling - Thoros Centre for Therapy Learning, Romney Marsh.
- BACP Certificate of Proficiency
- Extensive experience in Telephone and Online Counselling
- 2017-19 group co-facilitator at The Compassionate Friends child bereavement support.
- 2018-20 funeral celebrant working with bereaved families.
- September 2020 - present: Individual and Couples Counsellor at New Romney Counselling Service, Kent.

I currently have counselling space available in both New Romney and Hythe.
'Get to know me' session is free and lasts 20 minutes and takes place by phone. During that time we will carry out an assessment of your needs together.
My ongoing areas of interest are existential counselling, and couples counselling using solution focused techniques.
