MBACP MNCPS (Accred) | Adults, Couples and Teenagers

About me

Offering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Integrative Therapy both in person in North London N3 and NW11 and through secure online sessions.

I'm a BACP registered counsellor, accredited by NCPS, with many years experience working with adults, couples and teenagers facing various challenges. ADHD is so prominent nowadays but it doesn't have to take over your life. Are you always putting yourself down? Let's work together on YOU seeing the REAL you. Constantly Angry. Anger can seriously affect your every day live, but it doesn't have to.

In addition to my private counselling practice and corporate work, I ran an Substance Abuse NHS clinic for Camden and Islington NHS Trust.

I understand how life's challenges can leave you feeling disconnected. Maybe you're constantly second guessing yourself, or feel pressure to get it right and worrying about how others see you.

Therapy is where we begin gently reconnecting. In our sessions we’ll work together to understand your patterns, calm your nervous system, and build new ways of relating to yourself, gently and at your pace.

You may have developed ways of getting through that made sense at the time, maybe by staying busy, people pleasing or shutting down when it all feels too much.

It can feel daunting opening up to someone, but I’m here to work alongside you in whatever way feels most comfortable.

It was my own experience of therapies that led me to where I am now. I suffered a major life changing accident 14 years ago and underwent short and long term therapy, covering Psychodynamic, Person Centred and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I had to deal with extreme PTSD and resulting Depression. Counselling was for me, a life saver and now I wish to pass this onto others.

If you are unsure whether therapy is for you then why not book a chat and we can discuss in more detail how I may help you or if you are ready to arrange your first session.

Please email me or call my direct line on 07973 426153.

Alternatively, you can quickly and easily schedule a convenient time for me to call you here

I look forward to hearing from you and helping you live the best life you can.
