About me
I’m a qualified psychotherapist trained in both psychoanalytic and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) with an interest in spiritual psychology. This means I work at depth to understand your emotional world and early life experiences, while also helping you manage present-day difficulties with practical tools and strategies.
Some clients come with a clear issue, others with just a feeling. You don’t need to have all the answers; therapy is a place to begin asking the right questions. I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is healing, and that real change starts with feeling understood.
Whether you’re struggling with relationships, anxiety, low mood, self-doubt or past trauma, I’ll meet you where you are, with compassion and curiosity.
You don’t have to face this alone. If you’re thinking about therapy, that’s already a brave first step.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Further information
My research interests lay in understanding the roots of emotional and psychological pain, and how it can be alleviated. This includes not only psychotherapeutic work, but also exploring how bodily-based approaches, nutrition, sleep, spirituality, hormone balance, and self-care can contribute to mental wellbeing.
