Natalie O'riordan Dip Cons Reg MBACP
My name is Natalie and I am an experienced and qualified Integrative Counsellor. I am also a Registered Member of the BACP.
If you have found your way here I assume you are looking into options for some therapy and this is a great place to start.
I work in a way that is personal to you and to help you get a clearer picture of what exactly is holding you back and how to move forward.
I believe that, while we are all individual, we all share the capacity for positive change even at times when we lack the insight, energy and motivation.
My role is to help you find the direction you need to make these changes happen. I do this by offering a safe non judgmental space for you to explore the type of things that cant ordinarily be spoken about in day to day life. With greater awareness around your situation this will enable you to make more appropriate choices in your life.
Whether it’s a generalised anxiety about something non specific or a big life issue that feels impossible to move around counselling can give you the space to organise your thoughts and make better sense of the situation. Whatever decisions you eventually make it can be nice to know you have someone with you while you make these changes.
Please do call me for an informal free chat, Id love to hear from you .
