About me

Feelings such as anxiety, depression, and unhappiness are often linked to past experiences and emotions that are hidden deep inside us. I offer a confidential and safe environment to explore those links and address their effect on your life.

I’m a qualified Lincoln-based counsellor and psychotherapist with over 16 years experience. My guiding philosophy is simple: I deal with people as people, not patients to help navigate challenges such as:

  • Depression
  • Stress/ Anxiety
  • Personal crisis
  • Unresolved emotions
  • Relationship difficulties

There’s no shame in seeking help.

We all experience mental challenges. Whether you’re coming to therapy at a time of crisis, or to gain a better understanding of events in your life, talk-therapy can help you work through your thoughts and emotions.

It can help relieve difficult emotional states, shed light on patterns of behaviour, and bring about improvement.
