About me

Welcome, my name is Natalie & I am an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor with a number of years of experience.

I work with a range of needs varying from depression & anxiety, trauma work (including experience with traumatic birth experiences, domestic abuse, special needs & much more. I am continually adding more tools to my therapeutic kit by regularly completing courses & C.p.d. I am currently additionally studying for a level 5 Diploma in attachment based psychotherapy. I enjoy building therapy goals with clients & helping them to achieve a greater understanding of themselves.

I offer a free 20 minute consultation where we can discuss your wants, needs & desired outcomes from counselling. This also gives you an opportunity to ask any questions, air any concerns & decide if I would be a good fit for you.

As an integrative therapist, I use many different therapeutic tools & interventions based on your individual needs session-session. However, I am essentially client led & my focus is to meet you where you are at & walk alongside you in your journey.

If you'd like to know anything else please feel free to contact me. Wishing you the very best of luck on your journey. Natalie.

The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
