I am a fully qualified counsellor with comprehensive experience in diverse settings, including educational institutions, healthcare environments, and mental health services.
I hold a deep commitment to client-centred therapy, empowering individuals to make informed decisions and supporting them on their journeys to mental well-being.
My practice is aligned with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Code of Ethics and Standards and NCPS, ensuring that I consistently uphold professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.
Training, qualifications & experience
My qualifications include comprehensive knowledge of key counselling approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Integrative Therapy, Person-Centred Counselling, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

BICA Foundation Course for Fertility Counselling (CPCAB Accredited)
Provide tailored counselling at Terrence Higgins Trust, addressing the emotional, psychological, and social challenges of clients affected by HIV and STIs, working with LGBTQ+ and BAME communities. I also work at Oxford Brookes University, supporting students with mental health concerns through individual sessions and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and conducting clinical risk assessments.
My experience spans various client issues, including cultural sensitivity, social media-related stress, cancer, depression, loneliness, and more. My approach is integrative, adaptable to each client's needs, and focuses on empowering them to make informed decisions throughout their healing journey.
