About me
My name is Nan,
I am a qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor. Psychodynamic Therapy explores both past and present experiences, and how these can influence our present life and relationships.
I offer a safe, secure supportive non-judgemental space where you can explore your feelings.
We all have times in our lives, when we can find ourselves in need of additional support. It can be a struggle to cope with thoughts and feelings. These could be feelings of anxiousness, depression or struggling with trauma or loss, when you don't know what to do or how to deal with them.
It is not an easy step to take, choosing to talk to someone, to start your journey. it is my aim for us to work together to explore your reasons for seeking counselling. It is important to work at your own pace, feeling supported and that your journey be unique to you.
If you feel this is the right time for you then contact me and take the first step.
