I am a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with additional training in EMDR, Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), foundation DBT skills, and complex PTSD. I work with adults aged 16+, including individuals from diverse and BAME backgrounds and those living with long-term health conditions (LTCs).
I support people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, low mood, low self-esteem, confidence difficulties, and relational or interpersonal challenges. I also have experience working with complex presentations and long-standing patterns of distress.I provide evidence-based, collaborative therapy in a safe, supportive, and confidential environment. Training, qualifications & experience
I am a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with extensive experience working in NHS Talking Therapies services. I have over several years of experience supporting adults with a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, low self-esteem, and relational challenges.
I am trained in a range of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, EMDR, Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), and DBT-informed skills, which allows me to tailor therapy to your individual needs. I have particular experience working with complex and long-standing difficulties, including trauma and interpersonal patterns.
Throughout my career, I have worked with people from diverse backgrounds, including those from BAME communities and individuals living with long-term health conditions. I aim to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences and work towards meaningful change.
I have experience carrying out thorough assessments and developing personalised treatment plans, and I work collaboratively with clients to help them build practical tools, gain insight, and improve their emotional wellbeing in the long term. I also have experience working alongside other professionals within healthcare settings to ensure you receive the best possible support.

The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

My fees are per £85 - £100 per 1 hour session. Depending on the therapy pathway. I view therapy as a meaningful investment in your long-term psychological wellbeing, emotional resilience, and quality of life. Sessions are typically weekly and tailored to your individual goals, drawing on evidence-based approaches to create lasting change rather than short-term symptom relief alone.
Therapy offers a structured space to understand patterns, regulate emotions, and develop practical coping strategies that continue to support you beyond the therapy room. Many clients find that the benefits extend into relationships, work, and overall functioning, contributing to sustained improvements over time.An initial assessment session is offered to explore your needs and ensure the right therapeutic fit. Concessionary rates may be available in certain circumstances—please enquire for details. Cancellations require [24/48] hours’ notice, otherwise the full session fee may be charged.
