Moray Twaddle (UKCP accredited)
How do I know which counsellor or therapist to work with? What kind of therapy do I actually need? I understand that embarking on therapy can be a confusing process so I am here to help guide you. Working both online and in person, I am an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor. I work with clients experiencing a wide range of issues and as a qualified integrative therapist, I have lots of tools and techniques at my finger-tips. This enables me to create a flexible and individually blended therapy plan, recognising that no two people or their issues are the same. So whether you are a working professional or a student here in Durham, I can help guide you on your therapy journey to find relief from the issues that you are facing.
