BSc in Person Cenred Counselling. Couples Therapy, ADHD

About me

I welcome both neurodiverse and neurotypical clients. I specialise in working with ADHD, relationships, trauma, and domestic abuse, and I also support individuals experiencing anxiety and depression.

With a background in Person-Centred Counselling and a certification in ADHD coaching, I have a particular focus on supporting clients with ADHD. As someone with lived experience of ADHD, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to my work. In addition to counselling, I integrate techniques from NLP, DBT, and life coaching to provide a tailored and holistic approach.

I recognise that every individual is unique, as are their experiences and therapeutic needs. I am a qualified Person-Centred counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. I work with clients aged 16 and over and have training and experience in supporting a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, domestic abuse, relationship difficulties, grief, eating disorders, personality disorders, and work with couples and families.

Counselling offers a valuable space to pause in the midst of busy lives—to reflect, reconnect, and engage more fully with ourselves and the world around us. The simple act of speaking confidentially with someone who listens with full attention and understanding can be deeply healing. As a counsellor, my role is not to tell you how to live your life, but to support you in finding your own path forward.

Session are available on Zoom, phone and face to face.

I also have training and experience supporting clients with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, eating disorders, and family and couples therapy.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
