About me

Hello, I'm Mondonna, whether you want a space to be heard, coping strategies, or support in processing your thoughts and feelings, we can explore your situation and work towards your personal goals for therapy.

I believe in an approach that is based around helping you to get the most out of your therapy sessions - valuing and focusing on you to help you gain more self-understanding and acceptance. Building a trusting relationship is so important so that you have the space to sort out confused feelings, feel heard and be treated as a unique individual in order to feel empowered in a positive way.

Will aim to respond to email within 48 hours.
