About me
Hello, my name is Mollie. I am an integrative therapist, which means rather than focusing on one 'type' of therapy, I work with a range of approaches to create a tailored approach to you.
I specialise in working with young people and young adults, as well as working with neurodiverse individuals and people who want to work creatively.
I typically work face-to-face from the Youth Intervention Centre on the outskirts of Ivybridge, however for older young people and adults I can also work online too.
My background and experiences include working in mainstream schools, being the autism specialist of a large mainstream school, working with young people who could not attend education settings, being the therapeutic intervention lead at a local pupil referral unit, working alongside Early Help to provide trauma training for adults & parents, running mindfulness and mental health workshops for schools and charities as well as lots more.
To me, therapy should be a safe place first and foremost. I will never expect you to share more than you are comfortable with. I want us to build a secure and trusting relationship and work together to support whatever difficulties might be bothering you.
