About me

HelIo! I am a qualified adult and child Psychotherapist with a passion for supporting adults, children and young people through life’s challenges. Previously, I was a driving instructor and developed a strong passion for helping clients reach their goals and a better future.

I offer a safe, supportive, and confidential space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgement. I understand that life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and reaching out for support takes courage. My aim is to walk alongside you with compassion, understanding.

I understand that asking for help is not always easy. You may have been carrying difficult emotions for a long time, trying to cope on your own, or feeling unsure where to turn. Taking the first step towards counselling can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to face things alone..

Training, qualifications & experience

As a qualified Psychotherapist, I  have experience supporting adults and children who are neurodiverse, including those with emotional difficulties, difficulty with building resilience, and developing healthy coping strategies.
