I’m a chartered psychologist providing psychotherapy and counselling for individuals and couples in Highgate and clinical supervision for other therapists.
Trying to work though painful feelings or stressful life events such as relationship problems, bereavement, depression or anxiety can be very difficult. Psychotherapy provides a regular confidential space to talk about worries, concerns and difficulties with someone who is trained to listen attentively and to help you improve things. Research shows that psychotherapy and counselling can help us through difficult times and find a way forward.
I provide short-term (6-12 sessions) and open-ended therapy. You can contact me in confidence to talk about how you are and how counselling could help. If you would like, we can arrange to meet for a free consultation so you can see how you feel about working with me and find out more about what psychotherapy entails.
