About me
Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist for adults and young people.
I am dedicated to improving the mental health of my clients. Supporting my clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, weight loss, relationship difficulties and more.
It’s such a brave step coming to counselling, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore anything you feel comfortable sharing.
This space is for you and there is no ‘one size fits all’, everyone is unique and therefore I tailor the therapy towards your needs. I may use different approaches such as Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) or Solution Focused Therapy to support you. Unfortunately, I’m not able to fix, however, in attending therapy I hope to provide some time where you can focus on what you need.
I regularly attend CPD training to ensure my knowledge is kept up to date. I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
I offer in person and online sessions. I firmly believe that counselling can have such a positive impact on a person’s life, and I feel privileged to be able to support you.
