About me
Sometimes life takes us to places that we are not expecting and can leave us feeling lost, confused and alone. It can be hard to reach out and ask for support.
I specialise in attachment focused therapy - our attachment patterns are shaped in early life through our relationships, and they quietly influence how we related to others in adult life. I work with individuals navigating trauma, domestic abuse, neurodivergence, (ND) diagnosed or self-identified, and parenting ND young people: I have lived experience of this. My work with ND clients includes those with ADHD, Autism, sensory sensitivities, burnout and masking. I am happy to make adjustments, so that you are comfortable and will offer a flexible approach that respects your process.
I will work with you to help you understand your emotional responses, improve emotional regulation, which can help with anxiety and burnout.
I am passionate about offering an affirming and inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ clients where all identities are welcomed. Whether you are exploring gender, sexuality or seeking support in a world that hasn't always felt safe. I will meet you with compassion, validation and care.

My Practice.
I have created a warm and welcoming environment in my private counselling room where I offer both face-to-face and online sessions.
It is important to me that you feel comfortable in the space that we work in, and I'm happy to make adjustments to the room to suit your needs.
I like to work creatively, as I find that it can bring new insights and different perspectives. This may include pens and paper, sand tray work, therapeutic cards or paints. You do not need to be arty or creative to work in this way.
My Location.
I am based in Durrington, Worthing. There is parking outside and public transport links.
