About me
Person-Centred & Experiential Counsellor – Online Therapy for Adults Across the UK
I’m a Person-Centred and Experiential Counsellor offering online therapy to adults across the UK. My approach is tailored to your needs, providing a safe space where you can explore your challenges at your own pace—without pressure or judgment.
You may be feeling overwhelmed by stress, struggling with anxiety, or weighed down by depression. When we’re stuck in these cycles, even the simplest tasks can feel like mountains to climb. Low mood and self-doubt can make it difficult to be the version of yourself you want to be.
I understand how isolating it can feel to reach a point of despair, wondering, What is my purpose? Will things ever change? These feelings are completely valid. You don’t have to face them alone—I invite you to share these parts of yourself in a space where you’ll be truly heard and supported.
How I Can Help
My role is to walk alongside you to help navigate life's challenges. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, relationships or feeling stuck in life - I'm here to help you make sense of what you're going through. Your challenges are yours right now - let's look at them together.
I provide a space that is tailored to your needs, in which we can work through those challenges and you will be able to feel safe to explore, hold and navigate your current issues. My goal isn't to 'fix' you, but to empower you to understand yourself more deeply - giving you the tools to navigate challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
I believe that each person is unique and in this we all have our own process of how we function. With this, we all hold our own answers. Yet, sometimes it is difficult to find these important aspects of ourselves without clearing out some of the 'mess'. I'll be acting as your compass, helping you to find your direction.
Ways Counselling with Me Can Support You:
✔ Gain clarity and self-understanding – Explore your thoughts and emotions in a safe space
✔ Manage anxiety and stress – Develop strategies to navigate overwhelming feelings
✔ Build self-esteem and confidence – Challenge negative self-perceptions and cultivate self-acceptance
✔ Improve relationships – Understand patterns, enhance communication, and build healthier connections
✔ Navigate life transitions – Adjust to changes, whether personal, professional, or emotional
✔ Process past experiences – Work through difficult emotions and find ways to move forward
*Not limited to these examples*

How do I Start?
If you've got this far I feel a sense of pride, as you're considering making that step. To get started on working together you can find my contact details above, at the top of my profile. You can also find more information on my website if you'd like to know a little more about me.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
