I am an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor I know how hard it can be to find the right person to trust and talk to, together with my approaches that I have learned over the years a focus on humanistic counselling, in a relaxed and friendly space, we can figure out what is causing you to feel the feelings you do.

Training, qualifications & experience
- LYC placement for two years working with children and young people.
- Level 5-6 certificate Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice, accredited MNCS
- Diploma in counselling skills and theory. Chrysalis training courses. Level 3
- Diploma in Hypnotherapy and counselling skills, recognised by the (National hypnotherapy society) accredited.
- Bachelor’s Degree University of Winchester 2.1
- working online safely and remotely training.
A levels in other study.
Counselling experience full hours completed in a professional working environment, working face to face and also trained to work via online safely throughout covid 19.
Counselling experience I have had four years of counselling working with adults and young people, including working in a placement for LYC in SW London with young people and young adults, I have a speciality and passion for working with anxiety, stress, depression and mental health.
