About me

Ready to break old patterns and become the best version of yourself?

If anxiety, overwhelm, or low confidence is holding you back, or you’re stuck in a cycle of burnout, self-doubt, or never feeling “good enough” – I’m here to help you reset, realign and rise.

About Me:
I’m Mellissa, a warm, down-to-earth Integrative Psychotherapist and founder of 101 Transformation. I help clients who want to change their mindset, overcome anxiety, and achieve emotional balance. My approach blends evidence-based therapy with a compassionate space for growth and transformation – ideal for anyone ready to step into their best self.

What I help with:
✧ Anxiety, overthinking & burnout
✧ Self-esteem & confidence building
✧ Work-life balance & boundaries
✧ Emotional resilience & self-regulation
✧ Navigating ADHD, autism, PMS & PMDD
✧ Healing perfectionism & people-pleasing
✧ Creating a life aligned with your values

My Approach
I offer a warm, modern, integrative approach to therapy – blending psychotherapy, evidence-based tools, and emotional insight to help you understand yourself, change unhelpful patterns, and feel empowered in your choices. Whether you're feeling stuck in survival mode or ready to level up, I create a non-judgemental space for transformation at your pace.

Let’s make it simple:

  • Book a free 15-minute consultation – no pressure, just a chance to talk.
  • Share your goals or struggles – we’ll explore what you’re hoping for.
  • Start your journey – if it feels right, we’ll begin regular sessions (weekly or fortnightly).

Why clients choose me:
Clients come to me when they’re tired of going in circles. They want real tools, real change, and someone who listens deeply – not just a space to talk, but a space to evolve. My specialisms include supporting professionals, creatives, students and neurodivergent individuals to take back control of their time, energy and emotions.

You can read more about others’ experiences of working with me by searching “101 Transformation Counselling” on Google – client reviews are always honest and from the heart.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
