About me

Things not going right in your life right now? Are you falling into the same destructive patterns in certain areas of your life? Are you feeling overwhelmed at finding a therapist? I’m here to keep the process as simple as possible:

How to get started with therapy with me.

  • Step 1: Call or email me to set up a FREE 30-minute consultation.
  • Step 2: During the consultation, explain what is going on for you and how you think therapy may help.
  • Step 3: If you feel comfortable and happy to continue, we will book you in for your first session.
  • Step 4: During your first session, we will talk in more detail about your issues. If you are happy to continue, we will book you in for your second session on a weekly/fortnightly basis.

How I work:

It is essential to find a therapist that will be experienced and qualified to meet your needs. As a qualified counsellor/psychotherapist, I have a proven track record for helping people work through various issues. Clients I have worked with have made significant changes to their lives, overcome negative mindsets, and have achieved their future goals. My job is to provide you with the knowledge and tools to help you reach your true potential within caring, comfortable and confidential environment.

Training, qualifications & experience

Current: Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy at Uclan.

Degree: BSc (Hons) in Psychology with Psychotherapy & Counselling / 2021

Diploma: CPCAB / Level 4 in Therapeutic Counselling / 2018

Experience: I am experienced in working with a diverse group of clients, and helping with a wide variety of personal challenges and mental health issues. I have additional experience working with clients with ADHD, Autism and Borderline Personality Disorder.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
