About me

Specialise in working with both adolescents and adults, supporting them through a wide range of challenges such as relationship difficulties, family issues, bereavement, and personal growth. I also provide coaching, particularly helping young people prepare for important exams, such as GCSEs and A Levels, and guiding them in making career and life decisions, including university choices and future pathways.

I have a deep understanding of different cultures, religions, and traditions. This allows me to provide a warm, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where every client feels heard, respected, and valued.

In my practice, I draw on person-centred, CBT, and psychodynamic approaches to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore challenges, build confidence, and move forward positively.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified counsellor with a Level 5 Diploma from Chrysalis and a registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) as well as The King’s Trust.
