HOW I CAN HELP?
Based in Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne I offer counselling to individuals and couples, delivering both intense short term and longer term therapy. Either in person of via skype.
I am a fully qualified counsellor and cognitive behavioural therapist Accredited by the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy, DBS cleared and fully insured.
Are you ready to change your life for the better? Struggling with unhelpful behaviours or thinking patterns that are holding you back? Anxious, feeling low or like you just can't think straight? Counselling is a chance to be heard in a confidential and judgement free environment. It really does change people's lives.
Sometimes the best way to find a counsellor is through a recommendation so below are some comments from recent thank you cards that I have received, used with permission:
"You have been the best thing that's happened to me, I will forever think 'what would Melissa say' Thank you for everything"
"I am so much happier now, thank you for your help and now I will let you use your magical skills on others!"
"You have given me the strength to let the past go, Just Thank You"
Choosing your counsellor is a big decision so please feel free to get in touch with any questions. Your first appointment with me is at a discounted rate so that we can decide if I'm the right counsellor for you.
