About me
Hello! I'm Melis, a therapist and Doctoral Counselling Psychologist trainee. I offer in-person sessions in a comfortable room in the heart of Eltham, SE9, and online. If you’re feeling anxious, depressed, unsure of yourself, or struggling in your relationships, I offer a supportive space to explore these challenges together and work towards lasting change.
Coming to Therapy
I believe therapy is most effective when you feel comfortable and able to build a genuine connection with your therapist. My work is relational, grounded in the idea that growth happens through safety, trust, and meaningful connection. I use an integrative approach tailored to your individual needs, because no two people are the same.
I offer a free 15-minute call so we can meet and see whether we're a good fit, with no obligation to continue. In our first session, we’ll explore what has brought you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and how we can work together. I will support you in understanding patterns in your life and help you move toward reducing symptoms and creating positive change.
