About me

Psychotherapist in Angel, Islington | Online & In-Person Therapy London

I am currently welcoming new clients and have availability for both in-person sessions in Angel, Islington and online therapy — whichever best suits your needs. Please do get in touch to discuss availability, fees, and how I work.

Therapy for the Pressures of Modern Life

Living in the current climate, whether in London or outside, you might be feeling daily pressure that is continuing to grow.  Whether you are dealing with anxiety, stress, burnout, physical ill-health, or feel weighed down by the climate emergency or the state of the world, therapy offers a space to make sense of what you are carrying.

I offer a completely confidential, safe, and non-judgmental environment where you are free to talk openly about anything that is causing you pain or difficulty. Therapy can help you manage your feelings, draw on your own inner resources, and find a way forward.

How I Work: An Integrative and Psychosynthesis Approach

I work from an integrative perspective, taking your personal history into account while also exploring your inner potential. My approach is guided by two core frameworks:

Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy is a creative, psycho-spiritual model that uses a wide range of techniques to help you reconnect with yourself, understand what motivates you, and identify what may be holding you back

Integrative Psychotherapy is a relational approach drawing on my advanced training, working with your individual needs and circumstances.
Together, these approaches allow me to work with you as a whole person, considering your overall health and wellbeing.

Take the First Step

If you are struggling to make sense of your world and would like to talk, I would be glad to hear from you. Get in touch today to have an initial conversation about how we might work together.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Clinical Practise in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling at The Minster Centre accredited by UKCP.  I also have a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling which is accredited by the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and the UK Council for Psychotherapy. Both diplomas were awarded by Middlesex University.  I am UCKP accredited and I also have a BA Hons Degree in English with Drama, have studied Psychology with the Open University, and have completed an Introduction to Counselling. I work with a range of individuals from all backgrounds.

Having come from an arts background I am well suited to working with people who work both within the arts or who are artists themselves. Psychosynthesis is itself a creative model that supports the creative process, sometimes this is through guided visualisations and drawings, other times through writing or meditations dependent on client preference.  I work with a wide range of people and issues that come up and welcome enquiries from everyone.  I am also well equipped and experienced in working with the LGBTQ+ community and have experience of working with neurodiversity.  I do not work with under 18’s at this time
