Experienced in working with difference, I aim to create a supportive space provide counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment, enabling an exploration of personal issues utilising a variety of tools. I have worked with individuals in relation to relationships, sexuality, harm reduction, trauma and bereavement. Skilled in empowering individuals to work on issues of self-esteem and acceptance.
Training, qualifications & experience
BSc (Hons), MA, PGCE, Diploma Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I qualified as a counsellor in 2015 and am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. My theoretical approaches include Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Intercultural/Transcultural, CBT and Existential Therapy.
Skilled in undertaking psychological risk assessments to determine interventions appropriately.
I have worked with children in schools, adolescents in community based settings, and adults within the NHS and privately. I hold an advanced DBS certificate.

A fee between £30 to £60 for 50 minutes will be charged on a sliding scale.
