About me

Individual & Couples Therapy

The quality of our intimate relationships impacts every other corner of our lives. I help individuals and couples navigate through difficult relationship issues to enable them to become the happiest versions of themselves.

Are you feeling as though you're constantly battling with your partner and always left feeling let down, disappointed and not good enough?

Are you constantly ignoring red flags and lowering your boundaries for your partner or situationship?

Are you stuck repeating the same patterns in relationships?

Perhaps you've been through a difficult time with your partner either due to infidelity, general life stress or family issues and you're struggling to see light at the end of the tunnel.

Can you feel your relationship is coming to and end and you have no idea how to navigate imaging your life without them.

If you're asking yourself:

  • How do we move forward from this?
  • How can I forgive them for betraying me?
  • How do I move forward from this heartbreak?
  • Will we ever be able to stop arguing?
  • How do I let go of this toxic relationship?
  • How do we rebuild trust?
  • How do we get our connection, intimacy and affection back?

If you're feeling exhausted, stuck, frustrated, you and your partner may need some guidance from a neutral presence.

If you're ready to have honest, open and constructive conversations for the sake of your relationship, I may be able to help you.

I offer realistic and solution focused therapy with the aim to provide you with the clarity you need to move forward and become the happiest version of you.

I work with both individuals and couples to help them overcome some of these issues, communicate more effectively, rebuild trust or a lost connection and move forward together positively.

Choosing a therapist to work with can be an overwhelming process and it's important to find the perfect fit for you, I offer a free 15 minute discover call for us to have a chat and see if I'm the right person for you.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
