About me
I offer a dedicated therapy space tailored for personalised one-to-one sessions. At the heart of my approach is a focus on building a genuine therapeutic relationship through trust, empathy, and open dialogue. I specialise in helping clients navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma and low self-esteem through evidence-based therapies like CBT and EMDR. I also incorporate elements of ACT, DBT and CFT. What sets my practice apart is my ability to draw on my experiences to offer an alternative perspective, using an informal style. I believe that authentic connection built from real insights can transform even the most challenging journeys into meaningful growth.
Whether you are single and navigating work or dating, a parent with a demanding job and feeling overwhelmed, or LGBTQ+ and coping with a recent stressful life experience, I offer space for honest conversation and guidance. My approach is grounded in lived experience and extensive training, I tailor support to considered therapy goals to help you achieve your full potential.
Finding the right therapist is personal, and the first step can feel impossible. I offer a short intro call so you can get a sense of how I work, ask questions or just share some insight into your current situation. Please do check your junk email after submitting an enquiry or save my email as a trusted account.
