About me

I'm an Integrative counsellor offering supportive sessions for all adults where your identity, experiences, and voice are respected and valued.  My approach is warm, inclusive, and grounded in the belief that therapy should be a space where you feel free to be fully yourself - no judgement, no masks. Whether you're navigating identity, relationships, self-worth, or life's messier moments, I'm here to support you in reconnecting with your voice, your strength, and your freedom to live life on your terms.

I trained in a relational, integrated, person centred approach to therapy which means placing your needs as client at the centre of the practice. We will explore your relationships with others and self while respecting your autonomy. I have interests in Attachment Theory, Identity and Internal Family Systems which can aid in exploring your system. I offer both short- and long-term approaches in line with what your system needs.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) which means I comply with ethical and proficiency standards. Providing a welcoming practice is important to me.

Making a decision to access therapy can be daunting, if you like the sound of working together, I invite you to contact me for an initial conversation to see if I am the right person to support you.

I offer a free 25 minute consultation to see if working together is right for you.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
