About me

I am a Certified Transactional Analysis Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I help people navigate life’s challenges by providing compassionate, professional, and effective online therapy.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, relationship issues, workplace stress, or low self-esteem, I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions. My goal is to help you break unhelpful patterns, gain clarity, and develop healthier ways of coping—so you can live a more fulfilling life.

My Approach

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 30 years in the music industry, an experience that deepened my understanding of life’s complexities. I know first hand how stress, pressure, and emotional struggles can impact well-being. Therapy changed my life, and now I’m passionate about helping others on their journey toward healing and growth.

In our sessions, we will:
✔ Identify the challenges holding you back
✔ Explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviours that shape your experiences
✔ Work towards practical and meaningful change tailored to your needs
✔ Create a space for self-discovery and transformation

I work exclusively online via Zoom or telephone, making therapy accessible, flexible, and convenient—so you can focus on what matters most: your mental well-being.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a BACP registered Transactional Analysis psychotherapeutic counsellor.

I have worked with people experiencing stress, depression, anxiety, addiction, work, lifestyle, relationship problems and many other issues.

I have experience working with people long-term, and also more short-term interventions of 6 - 12 weeks.

At this current time, my training and experience have primarily been in delivering face-to-face therapy. However, I am offering online therapy during the lockdown period. I am therefore glad to take on new clients who wish to work on Zoom or by telephone during the period of the lockdown, and who wish to move to face-to-face work in my Harley Street therapy rooms once the lockdown ends.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
