About me
One of the hardest steps is admitting you need help and then asking for it, but we all need support at some point in our lives, because life can be really unfair and hard at times.
I pride myself in offering my clients a supportive, friendly, non-judgemental, safe, and confidential space for my clients. I will be by your side throughout your therapy journey, which may feel uncomfortable at times, but I believe there is also a place for smiles in the therapy room.
I will work with you and offer you tools and coping skills that you can use to manage grief, anxiety, self esteem, stress, depression, resilience, trauma and what ever else life throws at you.
I offer a free 30 minute telephone consultation to find out a little more about you and for you to ask me any questions.
I am trained in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapeutic Counselling, Person Centred Counselling and Mindfulness. My private practice is run with Clinical Supervision, full insurance, and accredited by the NCPS.

Further information
You don't have to be at rock bottom to have therapy, it's important to continuously work on your mental health to keep it healthy. People exercise to keep their physical health maintain so I like to think of counselling as a work out of the brain.
I also know that finding the right counsellor is very important so I focus on making you feel comfortable and building up a therapeutic relationship between you and myself.
