Therapeutic Experience
As a psychotherapist, I have worked across diverse settings, including education, forensic mental health within the NHS, and non-profit organisations. Managing a busy mental health charity with multiple London locations broadened my expertise in addressing trauma, neurodivergence, anxiety, identity, and relationship challenges. These experiences have provided me with valuable insights into the complexity of mental health and human relationships.
How I Work
Gestalt Therapy focuses on the present moment and its impact on your life. Together, we’ll explore how your relationships, environment, and current circumstances influence the challenges you face, whether it’s anxiety, ADHD, or other concerns.
A core aspect of Gestalt Therapy is curiosity and dialogue, allowing us to examine influential factors such as cultural history, transgenerational messages, and personal identity. My embodied approach encourages tuning into the body, which often holds unspoken insights that can lead to powerful self-awareness and growth.
Whatever brings you to therapy—be it anxiety, identity struggles, neurodivergence, or the desire for change—I believe in everyone’s capacity for self-healing and growth. Together, we can harness the potential of relationships to create meaningful, transformative healing.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
I currently offer face-to-face sessions in central London on Thursdays and Fridays, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our work together. If you need a different day, please ask, as new slot may become available.
My approach centres on curiosity and dialogue, fostering an open and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I work with each client as a unique individual, adapting my methods to suit your specific needs and goals.
I deeply value the role of language and culture in shaping our experiences and emotions. Being able to express yourself fully in your native language can be transformative, which is why I provide therapy in English, Spanish, and Italian and I write a weekly blog.
