What to expect in yor first session.
- The first session is an opportunity for us to see if we are a good fit, assess your situation and goals for the therapy and ask as many questions as needed.
Training, qualifications & experience

- Registered and Accredited member of UKCP, BACP, UKAGP.

Therapeutic Experience:
Throughout my career as a psychotherapist I have worked in a variety of settings from educational to forensic mental health within the NHS, gaining valuable insights into complex mental health issues and relationships. Additionally, I managed a busy mental health charity with multiple locations across London, for several years, further broadening my experience of trauma, neurodivergency, anxiety, identity and relationship issues.
How I work:
Gestalt Therapy works with what is present in the current moment and how that impacts you in your life. So, if you come to see me to work on your anxiety, I will be interested in how your relationships and current living conditions may be impacting your anxiety at that moment. If it is ADHD, I would explore how this impacts your identity in the world and how you relate to others.
Other strong elements of Gestalt are curiosity and dialogue, which will allow us to explore the factors that may influence you such as transgenerational messages passed on, your culture, language and history.
I follow an embodied approach, inviting you to tune into the body, as I believe that we carry information, that is sometimes unexpressed and we are rarely encouraged or invited to take the time to check. My experience is that when we do, we can get important insights.
Whatever it is that you bring to therapy, anxiety, identity, neurodivergency, wanting to change, I believe that everyone has the capacity for self-healing and personal growth and that relationships have the potential to heal relationships.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
- I work face to face in Kings Cross on Thursdays and Fridays.
- I invite curiosity and dialogue as the main elements of the therapeutic relationship.
- I work with each client as the individual being that they are so my approach can take many forms depending on your needs.
- I value the power that language and culture provides us with when we can express ourselves in ways that a second or third language might not enable us to do. I provide therapy in English, Spanish and Italian.
