About me
Concessions offered for NHS and Blue Light workers.
I am a Clinical Psychologist with experience in mental and physical health services within the NHS, supporting adults with anxiety, depression, PTSD and other psychological difficulties. I also help individuals adjusting to significant and complex changes in physical health—navigating shifts in identity, roles, relationships, and the emotional impact of their condition.
Drawing on this experience, I provide individual online therapy for adults. I offer a warm, collaborative space to explore your difficulties, understand the patterns that maintain them, and develop strategies to help you move forward. I use evidence-based therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
My approach is tailored to your needs and goals.
Together, we’ll build an understanding of your experiences and work toward meaningful change.
If you’re ready to take the first step, I’d love to hear from you.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
