About me

Imagine waking up each morning with a sense of clarity, purpose and inner strength. RESET can take you there!

Like most of us, you may face challenges and difficulties. At times you may feel anxious or depressed about work, relationships, stress, illnesses, etc.You want to escape the grip of frustration & shame, and stop the destructive cycle of self-loathing. There may be things about yourself, the past or the future, that confuse or concern you and affect your confidence and well-being.

It impacts on your day-to day life (eating, drinking, gambling, overspending, outbursts, panic attacks, overwhelming feelings, etc.), and you lose your sense of direction and ways of coping.

You do not feel that your friends or family can help you or understand what you are going through.

You do not know who to talk to or where to find the answers to the problems you are confronted with.

How can RESET therapy help?

At RESET, we do therapy differently!

The RESET model is an evidence-based, innovative therapeutic model incorporating psychological treatment (CBT, Psychodynamic, Person centred, DBT, EMDR, etc) combined with somatic interventions (physical activity, breathwork and mindful awareness largely derived from contemplative meditative practice). It considers the emotional, behavioural, cognitive, and spiritual dimension of life.

There is a focus on lifestyle and behavioural change to build connections with self, others, and the environment. To develop this, we work on relationships and interaction including family and group dynamics for clients to achieve long-lasting change.

This approach allows people to process and recover from past experiences that are affecting their mental and physical health and wellbeing.
