About me

I am a pluralistic therapist which means that each session is tailored to your needs. The space I create is safe, confidential and yours.

If you recognise the need for change and are committed to exploring the depths of your emotions, thoughts, and behaviours, this is the space for you. Whether it's dealing with emotional aftermath of a breakup, or overcome anxiety-related challenges, or to break free from patterns that hinder personal development, you've made the first step. Together, we navigate relationships, unravel patterns, and foster self-awareness, we look at how your experiences have shaped the person you are today.

Finally, even though talk therapy is the foundation of my practice, I like to work creatively, using different methods to gain different perspectives and unlock new ways of understanding yourself.

How a session looks like: in the spirit of fostering an empowering journey, my sessions are client-led.  This means that you decide which paths we go down. Of course, I'll be happy to offer prompts and suggestions if you feel stuck or unsure at the beginning.

About the space: I have a beautifully welcoming space close to the city centre. It's a safe, relaxing space with plenty of natural lights and Arthur's Seat for neighbour. There'll also be a nice selection of herbal teas to choose from :)

Training, qualifications & experience

I have completed my counselling certification with Chrysalis and I have also completed the Cosca diploma.

I have been trained on online counselling.

My placement was done with First Step, a parent and community center, where I still volunteer.

Before counselling I have studied law and psychology which gives me a great appreciation of the depth of the human mind and the power of the voice.
