About me
Hello, I'm Marianne and my therapy service is called Steps to Strides.
I am here to walk with you side-by-side on your journey. I believe that getting into the outdoors can be a far less intense experience than face-to-face in a therapy room.
You’ll have space and clarity, and I will be there to provide a listening ear, and to help you find the strength and answers that are inside you.
Walking forward in an outdoor setting can help you to process and navigate your feelings and worries in a meaningful way.
I believe there is nothing more important than our well-being and having a content mind. I’d like to help you find that.
I’m trained in Pluralistic therapy which is an approach that recognises there are many valid ways to understand distress and help people grow and develop.
I offer walk and talk therapy in Liverpool City Centre. My current route is around St James’ Garden in the grounds of the Liverpool Anglican Cathedral ending the session on Hope Street at the Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral.
I understand that Walk and Talk is not a viable option for everyone so if you feel like you would benefit from support from the comfort of your own home, I also the option of telephone and online sessions via Zoom.
I’m currently accepting new clients on Fridays between 9am and 5pm. I’m available to answer messages between 5:30pm and 8pm Monday to Thursday
