About me
I aim to provide a warm, non-judgemental and collaborative space where you can feel heard and understood. As a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with extensive NHS experience, including working as a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, I have supported people facing a wide range of difficulties including PTSD, anxiety, OCD, panic, health anxiety, social anxiety and depression. Together, we will develop a shared understanding of what is keeping your difficulties going and find practical, evidence-based techniques. I have mental health experience working in community settings, schools and Psychiatric ICU hospital wards. I offer CBT for anxiety (OCD, social anxiety, health anxiety, panic disorder, PTSD) and depression. We’ll work together to understand what’s keeping things going and develop practical strategies to help you move forward.
My approach is structured, collaborative and supportive, helping you build lasting change at a pace that feels manageable. Reaching out can feel difficult, especially if you’ve been carrying things alone. I offer a warm, inclusive space where therapy is adapted to you. My approach is research-informed, safe, and compassionate, with a focus on genuine care and high-quality support. You’re welcome to get in touch when you feel ready.

BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.

Further information
I am genuinely curious about people and the experiences that have shaped them. Clients often experience me as approachable and non-judgemental, with a calm manner and a gentle sense of humour. I value honesty and collaboration, so therapy with me is not about being analysed or told what to do. We work together to understand what is keeping you stuck and find practical ways forward that feel meaningful to you. Growing up in London within a mixed heritage family has also given me an appreciation of how culture, identity, family expectations and belonging can shape our emotional lives. I bring openness and curiosity to my work, while making space for you to be fully yourself.
