About me
HCPC-Registered Counselling Psychologist | BPS Chartered Psychologist | HCPC-Registered Counselling Psychologist | BPS Chartered Psychologist | BACP Accredited Psychotherapist
I aim to offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood and supported to explore what is happening in your life.
I work with young people, adults, couples and families, supporting people experiencing a wide range of difficulties including trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, substance misuse, relationship difficulties, grief, stress and significant life transitions. I have extensive experience working with complex and relational trauma, attachment, domestic abuse and high-risk presentations, across private, public and charitable services in both the UK and Argentina.
My approach is integrative and collaborative, drawing on existential psychotherapy, humanistic approaches, psychodynamic therapy and somatic psychology. I am also trained in EMDR, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Polyvagal Theory. I am interested in the relationship between our body, emotions, thoughts, relationships and imagination, and how our experiences can become held both psychologically and physically.
I do not believe therapy should follow a one-size-fits-all model. Together, we can develop an approach that feels appropriate for you, your experiences and your goals. Alongside talking therapy, I may incorporate body awareness, movement, creative writing or drawing, particularly when experiences feel difficult to express through words alone.
I am a Clinical Psychologist trained in Argentina and hold a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy from NSPC/Middlesex University, as well as an MSc in Psychology of Education from UCL. I am registered with the HCPC, a Chartered Psychologist with the BPS, and a BACP Accredited Psychotherapist.
Alongside my clinical practice, I am a trained Clinical Supervisor registered on the BPS Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors (RAAPS). I provide supervision to trainee and qualified psychotherapists and also lecture and supervise doctoral research in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy at NSPC/Middlesex University.
I offer face-to-face sessions in Brighton and online sessions, and can work in English or Spanish. I also accept clients with Bupa, AXA Health, Aviva and Vitality insurance.
My aim is to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, reconnect with your resources and create space for meaningful change, at a pace that feels right for you.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
British Psychological Society
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
