Healing Kind counselling offers a confidential space for:

Therapeutic approach: Pluralistic and person-centred, drawing from humanistic, CBT, and relational models to meet each client's individual needs.
I have 19 years combined of nursing and teaching experience in supporting individuals who are neurodivergent through challenges and change. Offering tailored counselling that recognises diverse ways of thinking, feeling, and communicating. Through creativity and flexibility, I integrate approaches such as visual expression, storytelling, and grounded sensory techniques to ensure therapy feels accessible and meaningful.
Session format: Online via secure video, offering flexibility and comfort from your own space. I offer short-term or longer-term psychotherapy, depending on what you feel you will benefit from.

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
