About me

Have you imagined what your life could feel like if you weren’t constantly managing other people’s expectations, repeating the patterns you grew up with, or the pressure to always have it all together?

I’m Mari, and as an integrative therapist, I help you understand the patterns that keep you feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself. In our sessions, you don’t have to be the "strong" one. You get a space to slow down, make sense of what’s going on underneath, and be met with attunement, warmth, and genuine care. Here, all parts of you are welcome.

Who I Work With

I work especially well with people who are beginning to recognise how old childhood wounds or family dynamics are showing up in their adult relationships. You might be navigating a difficult family conflict, feeling stuck in a repetitive relationship cycle, or realising you've spent years meeting everyone else's needs but your own.

I'm particularly passionate about supporting:

  • Neurodivergent adults
  • Immigrants and third-culture kids
  • Anxious high achievers and perfectionists
  • Those moving through big life transitions
  • Those healing from intergenerational or childhood trauma
  • Anyone longing for healthier, more secure relationships

My Approach

My work is relational, emotion-focused, and culturally responsive. I show up with presence and attunement, and together we move at your pace. I'm mostly non-directive, but I offer guidance when needed.

Clients often tell me that what helps most is the feeling of being truly seen and understood, sometimes for the first time. Our therapeutic relationship becomes a place where you can safely explore parts of yourself that were ignored, dismissed, or shamed in the past.

How I Can Help You

  • Understanding why you react the way you do
  • Healing attachment wounds
  • Softening self-criticism and developing self-compassion
  • Navigating cultural or identity-related complexity
  • Breaking long-standing relational patterns
  • Feeling less alone in your internal world
  • Learning to rest, set boundaries, and be kinder to yourself

If you’d like to work together, please feel free to book an introductory call through my website. I'd love to meet you.
